Here’s a list of frequently asked questions which you may find helpful.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be despatched within 2 to 6 weeks from the date of your order.

If you need it sooner you can either pay the rush fee of $50 for a one week turnaround or email us and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.

Do you accept exchanges if the size isn’t correct?

All orders are custom and made to order.  We do not accept any exchanges.

What happens if my shirt doesn’t fit?

We offer a one-time alteration service, if needed. This is only when you pay the $25 pattern fee to further assist in achieving the perfect fit. Simply contact us via email to arrange the alteration. You will need to pay the one-way return shipping to us, and we will cover the postage costs for sending the altered shirt back to you.

How can I track my order?

A Sendle or Australia Post tracking number will be emailed you upon despatch of your order.  You will be able to visit their website to track your order:

Do you have after pay / lay-by?

Our website does not offer after pay or lay-by.

Where are CharlieBoy shirts made?

All our shirts are hand made in our studio in Sydney, Australia.

Do you accept refunds?

We do not offer any refunds or exchanges as our shirts are made to order.
